OCUL Vendor Submission Form

Please use this form to submit a resource for OCUL consideration. Submitting this form does not guarantee a contract with OCUL.

Preferred submissions will include the following:

  • Perpetual access
  • Local hosting
  • Counter compliant usage statistics
  • Standardized title lists
  • Use of the OCUL model license
  • Opt out clauses for multiyear contracts
  • Substantial discounting in exchange for the OCUL office handling the resource on behalf of the OCUL members
